They try to get out of the tunnel while Frypan is shooting at the cranks to hold them up. They get out of the car and the cranks come closer to them. Frypan who takes control the car can’t stay any longer, so the car turns over. They start their journey, but they meet Cranks (such kind of zombies) on the way there (in an area like a tunnel). Thomas insists to go to the last city at midnight, and he runs into Newt and Frypan who also want to join him. The custody is rigid even WCKD has known their hiding place. Vince doesn’t allow him since it takes long and it is dangerous on the way there. It is such a light in the dark, Thomas wanna go there right away. Fortunately, Jorge knows where the destination of the train is it goes to The Last City, basecamp of WCKD. Thomas gets confused on how to find his friend, Newt and others do so. They get some of the carriages and let off those who are inside, but they don’t find Minho which meant he is still in the train. Thomas and friends are chasing the WCKD’s train which brought youngsters including Minho to be used as experiment on finding the cure for the Flare. WCKD or WICKED is World in Catastrophe, Killzone Experiment Department. Aris, minor character, meets Thommy in Scorch Trials.Jorge, a man whom Thommy meet on the way to Right Arm.Brenda, a woman whom Thommy meet on the way to Right Arm.Teresa, the only female Glader, works for WCKD.Let’s take a look at a brief summary of the death cure. Overall, this is one of my favorite movies, and I’m thankful to my friend who suggests me to watch it, hahaha. I know they are safe in Safe Heaven, but they lose their friends even Thomas, who loses Newt, one of his best friend, and Teresa, his love. I can say happy ending if at least all characters (the good one) in the chapter two are still alive and go to Safe Heaven. Even though they are finally in Safe Heaven, not all of the previous characters are alive. I’d watched the previous chapter and it is great even though I watched it on laptop. For me, it is such a good sci-fi movie adapted from the novel with the same title authored by James Dashner. First thing first, I didn’t even know this kind of movie till my friend in college suggested me to watch it. This movie is the last sequel of Maze Runner Series. WICKED's ultimate fate is unknown, although it is safe to assume that WICKED is destroyed by the Right Arm during their attack in Maze Runner: The Death Cure.I watched this movie several days ago at cinema. It can be assumed that these organizations are precursors to WCKD as Chancellor Paige admits WCKD released the Flare for means of population control. He learns of a secret branch, the Population Control Committee who release the Flare due to limited resources and increased population. In The Maze Runner: The Kill Order, Mark reads messages between members of the Post-Flare Coalition, a governmental organization of sun flare survivors. In the beginning, she appears strong and confident in WCKD's efforts (and abuses, depending on your point of view), while she eventually defects from the original ideals of WCKD and up until just hours before the Last City's demise she had completely given up on the prospect of a cure to the Virus. In the film series, Doctor Ava Paige, WCKD's Director of Operations, possesses a large character arc over WCKD's motives. Towards the end of the series Teresa eventually defects from the moral argument of WICKED but Chancellor Paige continued to cling to its principals until the final battle at WICKED Headquarters (book). Of course, as seen throughout the series, WICKED is shown as immoral and nefarious, with the organization performing very few deeds that anyone but them would perceive as "good". This oxymoron is a prime example of doublethink, and serves as a type of propaganda tool for WICKED. Throughout the series, Teresa Agnes and Ava Paige frequently mention that WICKED is good, implying that every action or intention WICKED does is justified. Thomas, Teresa, Aris, Rachel, Brenda, and Jorge are all WICKED members that went either experienced or worked in the trials as subjects and agents. They planned to use these killzone patterns to discover why these children's brains were able to co-exist with the Flare on a cellular level, hopefully allowing them to produce a cure. They passed them through The Trials, such as the Maze and the Scorch, which involved various variables which were designed to stimulate the killzone, their codeword for the brain and the worst bodily area of infection, so they could record specific patterns. For the purpose of experimenting, they selected about 100 children between the age of 12 and 17, many of whom were immune to the Flare. After the Sun Flares, the remaining governments of the world combined their resources to set this organization up, for the world was in desperate need of a cure.
